My New Favorite Appliance This little (though quite heavy) machine makes the best tasting cold pressed flax oil I’ve ever tasted. It is very simple to operate and to clean, and you receive everything you need, including a few extra screws and washers. To clean, you need to use a small wrench (provided) to detach four screws. Then wash the auger and cylinder with a small bottle brush (provided). There is even an oven mitt for handling hot parts after heat pressing. My only complaint is that the instructions tell you how to heat press peanut oil – and say nothing about cold pressing. When I posted a question with Amazon to make certain I understood how to cold press flax, the company did not respond.
